Do customers need an app?
No. They scan the QR code on the table and the menu opens in the phone’s browser.
Do I need a POS?
No. Quick Menu takes the orders and shows them to your staff. You can keep your cash register for receipts.
What if the internet drops?
Phones keep the menu they loaded and the staff screens reconnect by themselves. Orders sent while offline are not lost: the customer is asked to try again.
How do customers pay?
At the counter or to the staff, in cash, GCash or card. Staff mark the order paid in the portal.
Can I have many branches?
Yes. Each branch has its own tables, menu prices and staff. You pay per branch.
How do I pay for Quick Menu?
Every month by GCash: scan our QR code in the portal and send the reference number. The first 30 days are free.
