These terms are between your restaurant and All In Resto, which runs Restaurant Quick Menu.

Trial: each new branch is free for 30 days. No card or payment is needed to start.

Subscription: after the trial, each branch costs ₱499 a month, paid by GCash before the due date shown in the portal.

Your price: the price you joined at stays the same for as long as your restaurant stays. A new price applies only to restaurants that join after it starts.

Late payment: a branch becomes Overdue the day after its due date. After 7 days overdue it is suspended and stops taking orders until the payment is confirmed. Your menu and data are kept.

Acceptable use: use Quick Menu only for your own restaurant, keep your staff accounts to the people who work for you, and do not upload content you have no right to use.

Ending: you can stop at any time by not paying; a suspended restaurant keeps its data for 12 months.
